Deliveries normally occur between 9am and 6pm. Currently the exact timing of delivery cannot be specified. Working days are classified as Monday to Friday and exclude bank holidays
Unless otherwise stated, all deliveries will be made direct to your door. We are not responsible for any additional lifting or carrying of your goods. We do not deliver single orders to multiple addresses. Delivery times only apply to items in stock. Any shortage or damage must be notified to us with 7 days of delivery.

Free Delivery Conditions
Selected items will incurr a delivery charge which will be added to your basket, shown on the product page or emailed to you after order. Free delivery applies to UK mainland deliveries only. Free delivery will not apply to items with a special delivery charge (free does not apply to N Ireland and highland). Your order will be adjusted and delivery applied at the time of payment processing. Free delivery only applies to online orders. Free delivery does not apply to telephone orders.
Goods ordered on standard delivery or free delivery will usually arrive within 5 working days. Please allow upto 9 working days for your order to be delivered.
We do offer an express delivery upgrade to our standard delivery. If selected this will show as an additional charge in your basket and goods should arrive within 1 to 2 working days from the date of your order placed before 12noon. If your items are required sooner you may wish to order by phone. In some cases heavy or bulky items may incurr a longer than advertised express delivery period and charge in this case we will contact you to confirm the charge before processing your order/payment.
Special Delivery Charges
Some items incur a special delivery charge because they are very large, bulky, fragile or some other reason, in this situation the extra cost will be displayed as you checkout or displayed with the product. If a number of items are ordered with special delivery charges you may have multiple delivery charges.
Standard delivery for any printed item is approx 10 working days we do offer fater delivery periods which you can select at time of checkout. All printed items are special order items and can not be cancelled.
Furniture & Safes
Furniture, Large cabinets and Large safe products usually have a 14-21 day delivery waiting period and a special delivery charge. Some safe products can take upto 6 weeks for delivery.
All body armour products are special order items and can not be cancelled or exchanged. Body armour usually takes 10-12 weeks for delivery. Please contact sales for stock items if your order is urgent.
Place your order online and in the normal way and once your order has been received by ouradmin team you will be contacted with a revised total including the correct delivery charge and estimated time of arrival for your location. You will be contacted with the revised charge before we process payment.
If you miss the delivery of your parcel usually the Royal Mail or the Courier will leave a card for you to go and collect your delivery or call to have it re delivered. You will only have a limited time to collect your parcel before it is returned to us. Once returned you will need to pay a redelivery charge to receive your goods.
Out of Stock
If any items you order are not available we will usually contact you by telephone or email if we anticipate the delay will be longer than 14 working days. If we are not able to contact you we will use our discretion and send you the items that are available and possibly a substitute for the unavailable item(s).
How To Return Items
If your goods are incorrect, faulty or damaged on delivery we will exchange the product once it has been returned to us. You will need to contact Customer Services on 0871 911 1199 to obtain a returns number before the items can be accepted. We can not accept any responsibility for goods returned without a valid returns number. We do not supply goods on a sale or return basis so we are unable to exchange or offer a refund unless you have a valid reason.
How will I receive my goods ?
All goods are sent either via a courier service or Recorded post and will require a signature at the time of delivery. If you are out when delivery is attempted and you are unable to collect the goods from us, you may have to pay for a re-delivery.
Defective Goods and Short Deliveries
No Liability can arise against the Company in respect of defects in the goods, their description, their quality, their fitness for any particular purpose for their packaging unless the Company is notified by the Buyer of the complaint in writing by email, fax or letter within 7 Days of the Buyer`s receipt of the goods. This also applies to delivery shortages.
Sale and Cancellation
We do not provide goods on a sale or return basis. Once your order has been placed and you have received your confirmation email it can not be cancelled. If it is possible for us to cancel an order in some special circumstance a handling charge will be applied.
Terms and Conditions
As a trade supplier our terms and conditions relate to business to busines transactions. For priviate or non trade buyers our terms and conditions will not affect your statutory rights.
